Sysist provides an AI-powered intelligent memory assistant that analyzes meeting transcripts, generates summaries, extracts action items, and provides insights to improve business communications. Our service includes transcript processing, AI analysis, client relationship management tools, and integration capabilities with third-party applications.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and maintain the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account and must notify us immediately of unauthorized use. You may not share your account or use another user's account without permission.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not: (a) Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or violates intellectual property rights. (b) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts. We do not claim ownership of your User Content and will not use it for purposes outside of service delivery without your consent.

6. AI Processing and Accuracy

Our service uses artificial intelligence to analyze and process your meeting data. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated summaries, insights, and recommendations are not guaranteed to be error-free or complete. You should review all AI-generated content and use your judgment in business decisions. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.

7. Privacy and Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. Our detailed privacy practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Subscription and Billing

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYSIST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sysist harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
