These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI concierge service ("Service") provided by Sysist ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Our AI Concierge Service provides automated guest communication, support, and recommendation features through messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Airbnb, and other approved channels.

  1. The Service may:

Reply automatically to guest inquiries

Provide check-in instructions and property details

Deliver FAQs and house rules

Recommend local activities, tours, and experiences

Facilitate bookings through third-party partners

Generate affiliate commissions

The Service is free for property managers. Revenue is generated through affiliate partnerships.


  1. ELIGIBILITY

To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Manage or operate short-term rental properties

Have authority over connected messaging channels


  1. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

Provide correct and updated property information

Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations

Maintain access and permissions for connected messaging platforms

Review and approve any custom preferences or rules

You are responsible for:

Property accuracy

Compliance with Airbnb, WhatsApp, and other platform policies

Legal obligations related to your rental operations


  1. COMMISSION AND REVENUE MODEL

The Service is free for property managers.

When a guest books an experience recommended by the AI:

You earn 4–5% commission (depending on partner agreement)

We earn a separate commission (typically 10%) from the provider

Commissions depend on provider reporting and successful completion of the experience.

We do not guarantee revenue, bookings, or results.


  1. MESSAGING PLATFORMS AND INTEGRATIONS

By using the Service, you authorize us to:

Access and process guest messages

Send automated replies on your behalf

Use interaction data to improve performance

We do not publish or modify content outside your messaging platforms.

You must comply with WhatsApp, Telegram, Airbnb, and other platform policies.


  1. DATA USAGE AND PRIVACY

We process guest messages, property information, booking inquiries, interaction logs, and analytics data.

We do not sell personal guest data.

Data may be shared with experience providers (when a booking is initiated), infrastructure vendors, and analytics tools.

A separate Privacy Policy will outline data protection details.


  1. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

Use the Service illegally or for fraudulent activity

Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the system

Interfere with or disrupt the Service

Misuse connected messaging platforms

Claim the Service as your proprietary software

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.


  1. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

The Service depends on external affiliates, experience providers, and messaging platforms.

We are not responsible for their reliability, availability, pricing, policies, or cancellations.

Bookings are subject to each provider’s own terms.


  1. AVAILABILITY AND WARRANTY

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee uninterrupted use, error-free performance, or any specific outcome.

You use the Service at your own risk.


10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for lost revenue, lost profits, or indirect damages

We are not responsible for guest actions or third-party issues

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months

Since the Service is free, this amount is zero.


11. TERMINATION

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse messaging platforms, provide false information, or raise security or technical risks.

Termination ends access to the AI system and integrations.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time.

Changes will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
